Project Description: This project consists of asphalt resurfacing on Salem Road and Mayfair Road within the Village of Lexington. The estimated cost of construction is $200,000.

Separate sealed bids for the 2026 Resurfacing Program, Village of Lexington, Ohio will be received by the Village of Lexington, Ohio at the office of the Administrative Director at 44 West Main Street, Lexington, Ohio 44904 until 10:00am, local time Friday May 8, 2026, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
