Marengo Main Street Rehabilitation

Project Description: This project consists of pavement repair and drainage improvements for approximately 3,150 feet along State Route 229 in the Village of Marengo. The project includes partial-depth pavement repairs, full-depth pavement repairs, curb, storm sewer, catch basins, and minor regrading work. The estimated cost of construction is $339,800. Separate sealed bids for the MRW-229-5.97: Marengo Main Street Rehabilitation project will be received by Austin Whited, Mayor, by mailing to PO Box 310, Marengo, Ohio 43334 or by calling 419-560-9213 and scheduling a time to hand deliver to 4442 State Route 229, Marengo, Ohio 43334 until 7:00pm, local time, on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, and then, at the Village Council Meeting, will be publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
