Ontario 2024 Resurfacing Program
Project Description: This project consists of asphalt resurfacing on Mary Lou Lane, Debby Lane, Ontario service building drives and parking lot, Rosewood Drive, Willowood Drive, Willowood Court, Rosewood Court, Cedarwood Court, Sherwood Court, S. Tanglewood Drive, and Lexington-Springmill Road South within the City of Ontario. The estimated cost of construction is $742,000 for the base bid and $321,000 for the Lexington-Springmill Road additive alternate bid. Separate sealed bids for the 2024 Resurfacing Program, City of Ontario, Ohio will be received by Kris Knapp, Service-Safety Director, at 555 Stumbo Road, Ontario, Ohio 44906 until 10:30am, local time Monday, May 20, 2024, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
