Ontario 2026 Resurfacing Program
Project Description: This project consists of asphalt resurfacing on August Drive, Briggs Drive, North & South Sunset Road, Esther Drive, Bethel Lane, Stanley Drive, North & South Ireland Boulevard within the city of Ontario. The total estimated construction cost is $574,000.00.
Separate sealed bids for the 2026 Resurfacing Program, City of Ontario, Ohio will be received by Michael Morton, Service-Safety Director, at 555 Stumbo Road, Ontario, Ohio 44906 until 10:00am, local time Thursday April 23, 2026, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
