Rural Lorain County Water Authority Waterline Extension
Project Description:The Rural Lorain County Water Authority Waterline Extension Project includes installation of approximately 65,374 LF of 4-Inch water main, 748 LF of 6-inch water main, 8,371 LF of 1-inch water service line, 9,995 LF of 1.5-inch water service line, and 1,000 LF of 2-inch water service line. The estimated cost of construction is $3,391,500.
Separate sealed bids for Rural Lorain County Water Authority Waterline Extension will be accepted by the Rural Lorain County Water Authority Office, 42401 State Route 303, Lagrange, Ohio 44050, until 12:00 PM on October 14th, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
