Shangri La Waterline

Project Description: The project consists of a waterline improvement for the Shangri La Development. It will start at the intersection of Shangri La Avenue and Tranquil Way and extend north and east to the City of Ontario water tower at 3777 Park Avenue West. The estimated cost of construction is $168,000.00. Separate sealed bids for the Shangri La Waterline in the City of Ontario, Ohio will be received by the City of Ontario at 555 Stumbo Road, Ontario, Ohio 44906, until 10:00 AM, local time, Thursday, December 1, 2022, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
