Project Description: This project consists of upgrading the traffic signal equipment at the intersections of Gamble St. and Mansfield Ave. with West Main Street in downtown Shelby. The estimated cost of construction is $100,000. Separate sealed bids for Shelby Signal Upgrades, Shelby, Ohio will be received by the office of the Director of Finance and Public Record until 10:00 am, local time, on Friday, October 29, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud at said office by the Mayor as Director of Public Service.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
