Shelby Streetscape

Project Description: This project consists of upgrading the downtown streetscape within the City of Shelby. Work to include new sidewalks, curb ramps, crosswalks, and landscaping at various locations along Main Street in downtown Shelby. The estimated cost of construction is $1,095,000. Separate sealed bids for RIC-SR39-3.35 (Shelby Streetscape), Shelby, Ohio will be received by the office of the Director of Finance and Public Record until 10:00am, local time, on Thursday, July 8, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud by the Mayor as Director of Public Service at said office.

Pursuant to CDC Covid-19 guidelines, contractors will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
