Project Description: This project consists of the installation of 2,218 LF of 8- and 12-inch sewer main along with service laterals. The estimated cost of construction is $800,000. Separate sealed bids for the Spring Village Sanitary Sewer Replacement in the City of Ontario, Ohio will be received by Kris Knapp, Service-Safety Director, at 555 Stumbo Road, Ontario, Ohio 44906 until 10:00am, local time Thursday, May 30, 2024, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
