Village of Crestline – Kelly Park Pedestrian Bridge Project

Project Description: The Village of Crestline – Kelly Park Pedestrian Bridge Project consists of furnishing and installing a pedestrian bridge over Paramour Creek in Kelly Park within the Village of Crestline.  The bridge and abutments shall be designed by an Ohio Registered Professional Engineer contracted by the contractor and stamped drawings shall be provided.  Other project work consists of approach sidewalks, rock channel protection slope protection, minor bank grading, and erosion control.  The estimated cost of the construction is $222,000.00.  The Owner intends and requires that this project be completed by November 30, 2026.

Sealed bids will be received by Corey Spackey, Village Administrator, at 100 North Seltzer Street, Crestline, Ohio 44827 until 12:00 PM (Noon), local time, Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
