Project Description:This project consists of asphalt resurfacing on Miami Avenue, West 1st Street, Salem Avenue Extension and Blackburn Drive within the Village of Fredericktown. The estimated cost of construction is $313,000.
Separate sealed bids for 2026 Street Improvements, Village of Fredericktown, 2 E. Sandusky Street, Fredericktown, Ohio 43019, will be received by the office of Bruce Snell, Village Administrator, until 9:00 am, local time, on May 7, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website by visiting kemccartney.com/project-bids/. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
