Over the past several months, our team has continued to advance projects that strengthen our communities—improving infrastructure, enhancing safety, and supporting growth across the region. This spring also marks a special milestone for us: on March 15th, K.E. McCartney & Associates proudly celebrated our 48th year in business.
This season also brings a meaningful moment of reflection and progress. In 1993, we designed the I‑71/SR 39 interchange—an investment in regional mobility that has served the area for more than three decades. Now, 33 years later, that interchange is seeing its first major development, and we are proud to have provided the annexation plat that is helping pave the way for the second Buc‑ee’s development in Ohio. It’s rewarding to see how long‑standing infrastructure projects continue to support new opportunities and economic growth.
In this spring edition of our newsletter, we’re pleased to share updates on current events, provide a project highlight, offer some commonsense engineering, spotlight a team member, and introduce new employees who have recently joined our staff. We hope you find these updates informative and reflective of the dedication our team brings to every project.
