Jacob Phelps – Project Inspector
Jacob joins our Construction Team as a Project Inspector, bringing a strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality field oversight.
Patrick Beatrez – Project Engineer
Patrick comes aboard as a Project Engineer in our Water & Wastewater Department, where his technical expertise will support the delivery of high‑quality infrastructure solutions for our communities.
Benjamin Adams PE, PS – Project Manager
Benjamin steps into the role of Project Manager within our General Civil Services Department, contributing valuable leadership experience to guide projects from field survey through data processing and design.
