Ashland Co – State Route 96

This project replaced an 88″x42″ box culvert and twin 6′-1″ x 4′-7″ corrugated metal pipes on SR 96 in Milton Township for ODOT District 3. The alternatives of clear zone grading versus installation of guardrail were analyzed for each site. KEM completed all necessary topo field work and prepared the construction documents and right-of-way plans along with title reports and updates.
