Spring 2026 – Employee Spotlight

Employee Spotlight – Brad Rice

This quarter’s employee spotlight goes to Clint Setty!

Clint joined our team four years ago as a Transportation Project Manager, bringing with him extensive experience from his engineering career. His strong work ethic and professionalism are evident in every project he undertakes. When asked what motivates him each day, he shared, “I enjoy coming into work and challenging myself with new projects and problem-solving. Every project I’ve worked on has been unique, which makes the work enjoyable and rewarding.”

One of Clint’s favorite projects has been the Trimble Road Tunnel and Pedestrian Path in collaboration with the City of Mansfield. Although he has significant experience designing bridge and culvert replacement projects, this was his first opportunity to work on a tunnel design. Because tunnel projects are relatively uncommon, he viewed it as a valuable chance to apply his previous knowledge in a new and challenging way.

Outside of engineering, Clint has a creative side that many people are unaware of—he is a talented artist. In high school, he spent considerable time sketching, and he has recently picked the hobby back up as his son, Declan, has begun showing interest in art. Clint produced a dinosaur sketch that impressed his wife so much that she had it tattooed on her wrist.

Clint joined KEM in July 2022. Before joining the team, he and his wife were considering a move to Columbus to be closer to family, but after becoming part of KEM, they are grateful they chose to remain in the Mansfield area. His favorite aspect of working at KEM is the camaraderie among the team—something he had not experienced in previous roles. He has truly enjoyed getting to know his colleagues and appreciates the opportunity to work alongside so many great people.
