2025 Roadway Improvements, Candlewood Lake Association, Inc.
Project Description: The Candlewood Lake Association, Inc. project includes asphalt resurfacing of approximately 5.3-miles of existing asphalt roads. The project also includes pavement repairs, shoulder berming, and casting adjustments. The Owner intends and requires that 2025 Roadway Improvements be completed by August 1, 2025. Separate sealed bids for the 2025 Roadway Improvements, Candlewood Lake Association, Inc. project will be received by David Ingegneri, General Manager, Candlewood Lake Association, Inc. 7326 State Route 19, Unit 1507, Mt. Gilead, Ohio 43338 until 10:30 AM, local time, Thursday, February 6, 2025.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
