Project Description: This project consists of asphalt resurfacing on Worshire Drive, Derbyshire Drive, Yorkshire Road, and Huron Street within the Village of Bellville. The estimated cost of construction is $206,500. Separate sealed bids for the Bellville 2025 Street Improvement Project in Bellville, Ohio will be received by Michael Morton, at 142 Park Place, Bellville, Ohio 44813 until 10:30am, local time Thursday, March 13, 2025, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a plan holder of record and eligible to submit a bid, bidders will be required to purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents via the KEM website. All documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
