Richland County Transit Parking Lot Pavement Repair
Project Description: The project consists of repairing deteriorated concrete pavement joints in the Richland County Transit parking lot located in the southeast corner of N. Main St. (SR 13) and East 6th St. in the City of Mansfield. The existing parking lot is a rigid pavement section 7” thick. The estimated cost of construction is $78,000. Separate sealed bids for the Richland County Transit Parking Lot Pavement Repair Project in Mansfield, Ohio will be received by Jean Taddie, Transit Development Manager, at 19 N. Main Street, Mansfield, Ohio 44902 until 4:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, and, at that time, will be opened and read aloud.
Contractors may purchase and download an electronic set of plans and bid documents. If you would prefer a hard copy be mailed, we will do so upon receipt of payment in the amount of $50.00 per set, along with your UPS or FedEx account number so that shipping charges can be applied to your account. Checks shall be made payable to K.E. McCartney & Associates, and all documents become the property of the prospective bidder, with no portion of the payment being refunded.
